Okay it's not a watch. But it's cooler than a watch, it's a Walter Van Beirendonck embroidered and bedazzled "bracelet." But really it does tell time because when you wear it all of time stops and everybody can't help but look at your wrist. So, ya, it's pretty much a watch. :)
